Attention all lovers of light, and painting, our good friends, (who were mentioned in a recent entry) M::R::I, are setting up a free flashing lights photo booth at Studio B, (259 Banker St in Brooklyn) this friday, around 1130pm. The night will be full of dancing, drinking and posing for your very own light painting portraits to send home to mommy. One thing is for sure, I will be there, and you can bet your baby that my dancing skills off stage and without a guitar are a sort of sick blend between MC Hammer and the Star Wars light saber kid from youtube. This is a must see friday night extravaganza.
“The latest FLASHING LIGHTS on Friday, April 3rd at Studio B in Brooklyn features the live stateside debut of UK sensation LA ROUX, who’s made a name for herself with original synth pop gems like “Quicksand” as well as huge club remixes including Skream’s instant-classic reworking of her latest single, “In For The Kill.” Joining the FL residents on the decks is none other than DJ LINDSEY, fellow hometown dance expert and one third of the Negroclash crew.”
