Canon Logic on CSI:NY!

Thursday, May 6th, 2010

Hey there folks, good morning to you. Last night our song “Dead Man,” from our debut album, was in an episode of CSI:NY about 25 minutes into the show (less if you are watching it online here it comes around 18 minutes). We are thrilled to have appeared on our first major network show with none other than Lieutenant Dan!

If you are watching the episode there is a scene where Gary Sinise (Lt. Dan) is investigating a recent incident at a bar with a female bartender that works there. It flashes back to a bar scene where a few dudes are drunk and screwing around and start a fight with one of the employees, this big nordic looking dude. Right as the fight is starting and the guy says “i’ll kill you,” you can hear Tim sing the yrics “I am a dead man, and I ain’t over it”. It is the music playing at the bar so listen in closely. I will admit that while I don’t watch CSI I am tempted to watch the episode all the way through to see how the song fits in.
